FIELD: liquid atomisation or spraying devices.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a ceramic spraying core reinforced with carbon fiber and a method for its manufacture. Carbon fiber reinforced ceramic spraying core contains, by weight, the following materials: 30–70 parts of ceramic powder, 1–10 parts of carbon fibers, 10–50 parts of sintering additive and 0–30 parts of blowing agent. Carbon fibers are activated carbon fibers formed by carbonisation at 1,100 °C–1,200 °C, and have length of 0.05 mm–1 mm, and sintering additive contains one or more of feldspar, mica and glass powder with low melting point, and granularity of sintering additive is 200–2,000 mesh (0.075–0.007 mm).
EFFECT: as a result of adding carbon fibers to a carbon fiber reinforced ceramic spraying core, said spraying core has columnar pores, which are similar to straight pores formed by laying cotton core fibers, so that the ability of the spraying core to conduct and retain oil is improved, as well as the spraying effect and taste of the spraying core are improved, in addition, the carbon fibers can form compounds around the pores, which increases the density and strength of the spraying core.
