FIELD: liquid atomisation or spraying devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical field of spraying, in particular to design of spraying core and method of its manufacturing. Structure of the spraying core includes the following initial materials by weight: 30–50 parts of basic materials, 5–20 parts of glass powder with low melting point, 0–20 parts of carbon fibers, 0–20 parts of graphene, 0–30 parts of additive and 0–10 parts of binder. Number of parts of at least one of carbon fibers, graphene and additive is not equal to zero. Binder is a solution with weight fraction of 1–10%, obtained from at least one of the following: polyvinyl alcohol, maltodextrin, sodium polyacrylate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and polyvinyl butyral. Base materials include at least one of the following: aluminum oxide, bauxite and corundum; and the additive is a solution of aluminum dihydrophosphate with a weight fraction of 50–95%.
EFFECT: structural element of the spraying core has micropores and high strength, can effectively prevent oil leakage and dry combustion, when the spraying core is used for spraying, and can protect the cotton core installed in it.
