FIELD: hygiene.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanitation and disinfection and can be used for ozone disinfection of shoes, clothes, bedding and other objects in a closed room at atmospheric pressure. Method of chamber disinfection of objects with ozone is characterized by the following actions: objects 2 to be disinfected are placed in chamber 1, as well as a mobile thermally insulated container 3 with mesh cartridge 8 filled with pre-cooled saturated ozone silica gel 14, and capillary tubes 13 with diameter from 0.5 to 2 mm, placed in silica gel; providing chamber tightness; then, through ventilation channel 9 in container 3, mesh cartridge 8 is blown with air from chamber 1 with electric fan 10, while filling the chamber with ozone and thereby circulating the ozone-air mixture inside the chamber; in the process of filling the chamber with ozone, removing the excess air with ozone through process hole 4 in the wall of the chamber, which is connected to ozone decomposer 5 attached to the wall; disinfected items 2 are unloaded after natural decomposition of ozone or decomposition of ozone, initiated by irradiation with bactericidal lamp 6.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase safety of using ozone in a disinfection chamber and to reduce energy consumption for ozone production during disinfection.
