FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plant (1) for production of granulated carbamide. Proposed plant comprises at least one carbamide granulation device (2), at least one dust cleaning scrubber (3), at least one concentrating device (4) and at least one condensing device (5), in which the waste gas stream (6) from the carbamide granulation device (2) can be supplied to the dust cleaning scrubber (3), wherein the waste gas stream (6) is washed in the dust cleaning scrubber (3), at least one effluent (7) from dust cleaning scrubber (3) can be supplied to concentrating device (4), wherein said effluent (7) can be concentrated in concentrating device (4), wherein vapors (8) formed during concentration can be at least partially supplied to condensation device (5), and wherein said vapors (8) are at least partially condensed in condensation device (5). Possible deposits of water-insoluble substances, in particular sulfur, in condensation device (5) can be prevented during current operation or at least can be removed during current operation. Condensing device (5) comprises at least first capacitor (9) and second capacitor (10) that pairs (8) can pass through capacitors (9, 10) independently of each other, and that during current operation pairs (8) can selectively pass either through first capacitor (9) or through second capacitor (10). First condenser (9) or second condenser (10) can be selectively operated either with cooling water or with water vapor. Also disclosed is a method of producing granulated carbamide.
EFFECT: proposed invention allows to avoid clogging of plant parts with water-insoluble substances.
