FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a fluidized bed granulator system intended for producing fertilizer granules with a given size, comprising at least: fluidized bed granulator (1); first cooler (2), which is externally connected to the fluidized bed granulator (1) or forming an internal part of the fluidized bed granulator (1); screen (3) of product associated with first cooler (2), wherein screen (3) of product comprises at least: output for particles (3a) of proper size; output for too coarse particles (3b) and output for particles (3c) of insufficient value; wherein output of particles (3c) of insufficient value is connected to fluidized bed granulator (1) and wherein output for particles (3b) of too large size is connected to granulator (1) through one or more crushers (4); wherein the outlet for particles (3a) of the proper size is connected to first splitter (5a) and wherein first splitter (5a) is connected to the fluidized bed granulator (1) and post-processing unit (22); and between the fluidized bed granulator (1) and product screen (3) a particle size analyzer (24) is placed.

EFFECT: production of fertilizer granules with specified size.
