FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of porous ammonium nitrate. Method involves prilling a composition of ammonium nitrate in an apparatus for pricing ammonium nitrate to form an additive which is trapped in a first fluidised bed. Pripeds are then transferred into the second fluidised bed in which at least partially pre-drying. First air flow passes through the first fluidised bed, and/or the second air flow passes through the second fluidised layer, and/or additional air flow passes through the prilling tower.
EFFECT: reduced mechanical loads to which prills are subjected, which makes it possible to treat not completely hardened priests.
