SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to a nasal spray/spray nozzle for nasal administration, an airless spray/spray device with an upper ejection and a syringe spray/spray device. Nasal spray/spray nozzle for nasal administration comprises an end portion and a nasal support. End section has an outlet hole of the nozzle. Nasal support can rest against the area of the nose around the external nostril. In a top view of the nasal spray/spray nozzle, the outer contour of the end portion has a non-enveloping portion. Part of the outer contour of the end section is not covered by the outer contour of the nose pad. Axis of the end section and the centre of the nose rest are off-centred relative to each other so that they are displaced relative to each other. In a top view of the nasal spray/spray nozzle, parts of the contour located on both sides of the non-enveloped part on the external contour of the nasal support have the shape of an arc. Outer contour of the nosepiece has a part in which a part of the outer contour of the nosepiece on one side thereof has a curvature different from the other part of the outer contour of the nosepiece on the other side, which is opposite to that one side. Airless spray/spray device with upper ejection comprises the above nasal spray/spray nozzle. Syringe spray/spray device comprises the above nasal spray/spray nozzle.

EFFECT: use of the group of inventions enables the introduction of a drug preparation into the nasal cavity.
