SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a nasal spray nozzle used for a medical syringe having a tip clearance communicated via a fluid with a syringe cylinder for storage of the preparation. Nozzle comprises hollow nozzle body with tip section to make nozzle hole thereon. Nozzle includes solid sealing rod inside nozzle housing. Nozzle has chamber of nozzle formed between sealing rod and nozzle body to provide fluid communication between tip clearance and nozzle opening. Preparation contains a helium substance containing a viscosity-modifying agent and a carboxyvinyl polymer the viscosity of which is modified by applying an external shear force. Nozzle hole features diameter varying from 0.25 mm to 0.30 mm. Sealing rod has a section of a rod of small diameter and a section of a rod of large diameter, and a shoulder having a diameter stepwise decreasing from a section of a rod of large diameter to a section of a rod of small diameter. Sealing rod includes grooves spaced in circumferential direction from each other both on the section of the rod of small diameter and on the section of the rod of large diameter. Gap is formed between sealing rod and nozzle body.

EFFECT: technical result is distribution of drug particles by size, uniform geometry of spraying and angle of spraying, required for target pharmaceutical action of preparation.
