SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for prediction of ischemic vascular events in patients with extrasystole in amount of 700 and more per day. Such risk factors as: atherosclerotic plaque type III B according to Doppler ultrasound of brachiocephalic arteries; hemodynamically insignificant stenosis according to Doppler ultrasound of brachiocephalic arteries; extrasystole to peak transmitral blood flow of 700 or more per day; disturbed local contractility of the left ventricle; hemodynamically insignificant stenosis of lower extremity arteries according to Doppler ultrasound; and if the total score is less than 6, a low risk of ischemic vascular events is predicted. If the total score is from 6 to 8, the average risk of ischemic vascular events is predicted. If the total score is from 9 to 11, a high risk of ischemic vascular events is predicted. If the total score is more than 11, a very high risk of ischemic vascular events is predicted.

EFFECT: method enables predicting myocardial infarction, stroke and ischemic complications in arterial basins by assessing the risk of a complex of the most significant indicators.
