METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE OPTIMAL STRATEGY OF REVASCULARIZATION IN PATIENTS WITH SIMULTANEOUS ATHEROSCLEROTIC LESIONS OF THE BRACHIOCEPHALIC AND CORONARY ARTERIES Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61B5/00 A61B17/00

Abstract RU 2681581 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery, and can be used to determine the optimal revascularization strategy in patients with simultaneous atherosclerotic lesions of brachiocephalic and coronary arteries. For each surgical tactic, the prognostic factors of risk factors are evaluated. On their basis, the values of integral indices for groups of risk factors are calculated: clinical-demographic, coronary, cerebrovascular-vascular. Further, the risk of developing hospital complications for each surgical tactic is calculated and the choice of tactics with the lowest risk of complications is made.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the number of unfavorable cardiovascular events after revascularization in patients with simultaneous atherosclerotic lesions of brachiocephalic and coronary arteries by evaluating the complex of the most significant indicators.
