SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding various materials and can be used in the production of building materials, as well as in other industries. The centrifugal disk grinder contains a cylindrical body 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, counter-rotating upper 4 conical and lower 5 conical disks. The discs are made conical. Concentric vertical bar gratings 8 are rigidly attached to the lower surface 7 of the upper conical disk 4, between which vertical radial blades 9 are rigidly fixed along the radii, in the center to the lower ends 10 of which a guide cone 11 is rigidly attached with a diameter equal to the inner diameter of the opening of the loading pipe 2 and angle β of the slope of the upper surface, exceeding the angle α of the natural repose of the material. In front of each concentric vertical bar array 8 from the center to the periphery in the lower ends 10 of vertical radial blades 9 rectangular vertical cutouts 12 are made, into which concentric rows of vertical impact elements 13 enter with a technological gap in height and radial size, rigidly fixed on the upper surface 14 of the lower conical disk 5. The height of the vertical radial blades 9 exceeds 2Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material. The number of rows of vertical impact elements 13 increases from the center to the periphery, and their radial size and the gap between adjacent bars in concentric vertical bars 8 decreases from (0.5...0.75)Dmax to (0.1...0.25)Dmax.
