FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the various materials crushing devices and may be used in production of construction materials and other industries. Centrifugal disk crusher contains cylindrical casing 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 nipples, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 disks. Lower disc 5 has upper horizontal surface with concentric horizontal rings 7, on which in circumferential direction in series with pitch exceeding Dmax, vertical pins 8 are rigidly fixed, where Dmax is the maximum size of the particles of the milled material. Between the concentric horizontal rings 7 vertical cylindrical partitions 9 are rigidly fixed, the height of which is equal to the height of vertical pins 8 and uniformly decreases from the center to the periphery of lower disc 5 from Dmax to (0.1...0.5)Dmax. Top disc 4 has lower conical surface with concentric horizontal rings 10, on which in circumferential direction with pitch exceeding Dmax, radial blades 11 are rigidly fixed, with process clearance arranged between corresponding vertical cylindrical partitions 9 of lower disc 5. At the bottom of each radial vane 11 there is vertical cutout 12 in the center, into which vertical pin 8 of the corresponding row of lower disc 5 enters with a technological gap. Height of radial blades 11 corresponds to height of vertical cylindrical partitions 9 of lower disc 5. In each vertical cylindrical partition 9 its height is uniformly located tangential cutouts 13 in direction of rotation of radial blades 11 of upper disc 4. Width of tangential cutouts 13 is identical in each vertical cylindrical partition and uniformly decreases from the center of disks 4 and 5 to their periphery from Dmax to (0.1...0.5)Dmax.

EFFECT: grinder provides increase in efficiency of process of crushing.
