FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical industry, namely to autonomous power engineering, and can be used in the manufacture of cathodes for lithium-ion batteries. According to invention, for production of cathode paste single-wall carbon nanotubes are cleaned from metal impurities, and then dispersed in dimethylformamide by periodic action of ultrasonic radiation with coaxial mixing. Aqueous suspension of polyacrylonitrile used as a binder is then added and the mixture is dispersed under vacuum treatment. Pre-evacuated acetylene black and then pre-evacuated cathode material LiFePO4 are gradually added to the obtained dispersion during evacuation. Finished cathodes contain 0.5÷4% of single-wall carbon nanotubes, 2÷4% of acetylene black, 3% of polyacrylonitrile, 89÷93% of LiFePO4 and have density of 2.20÷2.40 g/cm3.
EFFECT: acceleration and simplification of technological process due to reduction of number of technological operations and equipment for its implementation.
