FIELD: medicine; cardiology; balneology; physical therapy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, balneology, and physical therapy; it can be used for rehabilitation treatment of patients with an ischemic heart disease (hereinafter – IHD) and for secondary prevention of IHD at a sanatorium-resort stage. The method includes the use of climatic therapy, terrainkur, diet, physical therapy, and the use of a preparation of plant origin. As a preparation of plant origin, a non-alcoholic polyphenol preparation of grape recycling, Fanocore, is used at a dose of 0.1 ml per 1 kg of the body weight per day, wherein the daily dose is separated into 2 takings, diluted in 25 ml of water, taken after breakfast and after lunch, daily during three weeks. In addition, a relaxation course is carried out in the form of Yoga nidra practice sessions. During each session, patients are in a horizontal position on the back, an instructor introduces them into relaxation, using relaxation methods. Each relaxation session includes: taking a shavasana pose and training a patient to relax through breathing. At the same time, 20 daily Yoga nidra practice sessions 2 hours after meal are prescribed, wherein duration of the first three sessions is 30 minutes, then duration of following sessions is increased to 45 minutes.

EFFECT: method allows for an increase in the efficiency and reduction in rehabilitation terms, contributes to prolongation of remission.
