SUBSTANCE: in one embodiment, the toroidal accommodating intraocular lens comprises a front element and a back element. Front element can comprise a front optical surface. Rear element can comprise a rear optical surface. Fluid-filled optical fluid chamber may be defined between the front element and the rear element. Toroidal accommodating intraocular lens can be configured to correct corneal astigmatism, spherical aberration or a combination thereof.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions provides accurate vision correction.
