FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: intraocular lens is proposed with the possibility of increasing the efficiency of changing the optical power of the lens due to the perception of the transmitted movement of the zinn ligament. The invention is an intraocular lens inserted into a capsular bag, wherein the intraocular lens is composed of an optic part and a haptic part. According to the invention, the optical part includes an anterior membrane, a posterior membrane, and an interior space. The change in the shape of the optical part occurs under the action of the haptic part, which perceives the movement transmitted from the outside. The optical part has an increased ability to regulate due to the difference in curvature between the inner surfaces of the anterior membrane and the posterior membrane. A method for manufacturing an intraocular lens includes the following steps: creating a semi-finished product for creating an intraocular lens, wherein the semi-finished product includes an optical part and a haptic part; forming an inner space to obtain an inner space in the central part of the optical part; and pumping the fluid into the interior space.
EFFECT: obtaining a lens with a wide range of optical power.
