FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: intraocular lens filled with fluid contains: an optical part containing an optical fluid chamber; and a peripheral part containing at least one peripheral fluid chamber in communication via fluid with the optical fluid chamber, in which the outer periphery of the optical part has a peripheral surface, in which a radially inner part of the peripheral part of the intraocular lens has an inner surface. In this case, the peripheral surface is in close proximity to the inner surface, and the peripheral surface does not extend directly from the inner surface. At the same time, the peripheral surface and the inner surface are designed so that the peripheral part and the optical part are stabilized relatively to each other in at least one of proximal and distal directions, where the peripheral surface is in close proximity to the inner surface. In another option of an intraocular lens filled with fluid, the peripheral surface is complementary in shape to at least part of the radially inner part of the peripheral part of the intraocular lens.

EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will expand the arsenal of technical means, namely intraocular lenses.
