SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technologies for producing inorganic substances. Method of producing anhydrous hydrogen fluoride involves a process of extracting hydrogen fluoride from hydrofluoric acid by continuous extractive rectification of a ternary system: hydrogen fluoride : sulphuric acid : water at a top pressure of 95 to 101 kPa and a bottom temperature of 125 to 150°C. Sulphuric acid is fed into extractive rectification column above hydrofluoric acid feed point. Evaporation of watered sulphuric acid returned for extractive rectification is carried out at pressure from 8 to 40 kPa and temperature from 130 to 155°C.

EFFECT: invention simplifies the process of producing anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, reduces power consumption by eliminating fractional feed of raw materials and increases safety of the process.
