SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a recombinant bacterial strain Rhodococcus rhodochrous VKPM Ac-2193, having two types of acrylamide-transforming activity, namely acrylamide-hydrolyzing and acrylamide-transferase activities. Also disclosed is a method of producing a mixed solution of acrylamide, ammonium acrylate and N-isopropylacrylamide using said strain.

EFFECT: invention enables to efficiently obtain a mixed solution of acrylamide, ammonium acrylate and N-isopropylacrylamide.
