FIELD: catalysis.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of preparing a catalyst for selective hydrogenation of dienes in catalytic cracking gasoline to obtain a product with low content of diene hydrocarbons with minimum reduction of octane number, and can be used in oil refining industry. Described is a method of preparation, according to which a catalyst is prepared by impregnating a support with a solution, simultaneously containing bimetallic and nickel-citrate complexes, impregnation is carried out with periodic mixing, followed by drying, calcination and sulphidation, after drying, the obtained catalyst contains the following, wt.%: [Ni(H2O)2]2[Mo4O11(C6H5O7)2]—8.9–24.1, Ni3(C6H5O7)2—0.6–38.3, γ-Al2O3—the rest, which corresponds to the content in the calcined catalyst, wt.%: Mo—3.0–8.2, Ni—1.1–13.8, γ-Al2O3—rest, wherein obtained catalyst is characterized by molar ratio Ni/Mo from 0.6 to 4.3; after sulphidation catalyst contains, wt.%: Mo—3.0–8.0, Ni—1.1–13.2, γ-Al2O3—rest.
EFFECT: obtaining a catalyst having high activity and selectivity in hydrogenation reactions of diene hydrocarbons in the composition of the gasoline fraction of catalytic cracking.
