FIELD: catalytic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: catalyst for the selective hydrogenation of dienes in catalytic cracking gasoline based on complex compounds of nickel and molybdenum in the amount, wt.%: [Ni(H2O)2]2[Mo4O11(C6H5O7)2] – 8.9-24.1, Ni3(C6H5O7)2 – 0.6-28.0, and γ-Al2O3 carrier, which corresponds to the content of active metals in the calcined catalyst, wt.%: Mo – 3.0-8.2, Ni – 1.1-10.5, and after sulfurization of the catalyst it contains wt.%: Mo – 3.0-8.0, Ni – 1.1-10.2, γ-Al2O3 as a carrier, and is characterized by a Ni/Mo molar ratio from 0.6 to 4.3.
EFFECT: catalyst with increased activity and selectivity in the hydrogenation reactions of diene hydrocarbons in the gasoline fraction of catalytic cracking with a minimal decrease in the octane number of the product.
