SUBSTANCE: device for fixation of pubic articulation rupture, combined with fracture of horizontal branches of pubic bones and fracture of anterior cotyloid cavity, has immersed simulated rods and retainer of submerged simulated rods. Immersed modeled rods are made by right and left, metal and having the possibility of installation inside the horizontal branches of the pubic bones along the entire length with the output beyond the level of the anterior column of the cotyloid cavity and placing the protruding free ends in the area of the pubic symphysis. Holder of the submersible modeled rods is made containing two polyaxial heads of a tuning fork connected by a bridge. Bridge is made in the form of a U-shaped rod, on the ends of which there are spherical tips. Polyaxial head of the tuning fork is equipped with a bed in the form of a slot for placing the protruding free ends of the immersed modeled rod, a hole for accommodating spherical tips, screw designed to press the protruding free ends of the immersed simulated rod to the spherical tip of the bridge. EFFECT: inventions provide the possibility of fixing the rupture of the pubic symphysis, combined with fractures of horizontal branches of left and right pubic bones at different levels, fracture of anterior cotyloid cavity, with preservation of physiological mobility in pubic articulation.
