FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to determine a therapeutic approach to patients with fractures of the anterior pelvic semi-ring. A complex assessment of the following parameters is performed: severity of the condition, type of instability of the pelvic ring, degree of displacement of fragments of pubic bones, multiple pelvic fractures. That is ensured by determining the severity of the Pape-Krettek condition, radiographing the pelvis in the posterior projection, on the basis of which data the type of instability of the pelvic ring, degree of displacement of fragments of pubic bones, multiple fractures of the pelvis are determined. Based on the obtained complex assessment, the presence of readings for osteosynthesis of pubic bone fractures with an intraosseous blocked pin is determined, osteosynthesis of pubic bone fractures with an intraosseous interlocked pin and osteosynthesis of the sacrum in cannulated screws, pelvic fixation with external fixation apparatuses in unstable pelvic fractures followed by osteosynthesis of pubic bone fractures with an intraosseous interlocking pin and osteosynthesis of the sacrum with cannulated screws.
EFFECT: method provides stable fixation of fragments of pubic bones and prevents possible complications in postoperative period, such as development of skin necrosis, secondary displacement of pelvic fragments and infection, due to complex assessment of indicators.
