Essence of the invention consists in a method of producing a composite material based on titanium dioxide nanotubes and nickel nanorods, implemented in steps, on which first a matrix with improved characteristics is obtained, and then nickel nanorods are synthesized on the obtained matrix.

EFFECT: possibility of obtaining composite material based on titanium dioxide nanotubes and nickel nanorods with improved physical and chemical properties.
