FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: design of a hollow rotating shaft with oil cooling includes first connecting part (1) and second connecting part (2). First connecting part (1) includes connected to each other first shaft end (11) and first shaft housing (12). Second connecting part (2) includes connected to each other second shaft end (21) and second shaft housing (22). First shaft housing (12) and second shaft housing (22) are tightly connected to each other, forming the rotating shaft housing. Inside the first connecting part (1) there is a cavity of blind hole (13), which faces the hole on one side of second connecting part (2). Inside the second shaft end (21) there are oil inlet (23) and first inner cavity (24) connected to each other. Inside the second shaft housing (22) there is second inner cavity (25), wherein second inner cavity (25) and first inner cavity (24) are connected to each other. At the end of second shaft housing (22) there is sealing plug (26), which separates the cavity of blind hole (13) and second inner cavity (25). On the body of the rotating shaft there is longitudinal oil channel (3), which is connected to second inner cavity (25). Oil channel (3) is connected to first oil hole (31) and second oil hole (32), through which the cooling oil flows from the body of the rotating shaft.
EFFECT: reduced weight of the structure of the hollow rotating shaft with oil cooling and the rotor with oil cooling, as well as reduced accumulation of oil inside the structure.
