FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method includes longitudinal dissection of the urethral path and the posterior wall of the hypospadic meatus. A flap is cut out on the ventral surface of the balanus by executing a modified U-shaped incision of vase-like shape with a proximal wide base located and distal located narrow base, bounding incision around the balanus to the flap edges, and the second flap on a vascular pedicle is cut out the dorsal skin surface of the preputial sheath, similar to the U-shaped incision in terms of form and size. A hole is formed at its narrow base. The penis is moved through this hole to the dorsal side, followed by articial urethra formation from both flaps. First, the narrow base of second flap is positioned to the wide base of the modified U-shaped cut, these bases are consistently sutured on the urethral catheter with the lateral surfaces of the second flap and modified U-shaped incision. The proximal end of the artificial urethra is stitchedutured to the remainder of the urethra, lying down to the hypospadic meatus, like "flip-flap". The distal end of the artificial urethra is sutured to the ventral surface of the balanus by two sutures, forming a meatus.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the effectiveness of hypospadias treatment due to a significant reduction in the occurrence of urethra strictures and formation of a full-fledged voiding process and improvement of the cosmetic result.
