SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical, petrochemical and other industries. Invention relates to a method for heat and mass exchange of a vapour-gas mixture, wherein the vapour-gas mixture located above the valve is involved in bubbling by feeding it into the gap between the plate and the valve through concentric holes in the valve, coaxially located relative to the bypass opening of the tray at distances equal to the first, second and subsequent radii of the annular zones of low pressure, formed in the gap behind the tray bypass hole under the effect of the vapour-gas mixture flow pressure entering through the tray bypass hole with the subsequent flow turn into the free space above the valve by the overflow ring, in grooves of which valve blades are movably located with possibility of valve movement relative to tray, valve is installed in a movable manner with limitation of the lift height within the gap between the valve and the tray. Invention also relates to a device for implementing the method.
EFFECT: improving the quality of preparation of a vapour-gas mixture, the efficiency of mass transfer processes of absorption, rectification, gas purification, mixing components and other technological processes.
