FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical, petrochemical and other industries in which heat and mass exchange processes of absorption are used, rectification, purification of gases, mixing of components and other technological processes in systems "gas-liquid", "steam-liquid" under vacuum, at atmospheric or high pressure. Gas-liquid mixture above the valve is mixed with the gas-liquid mixture coming out from under the valve, which is brought into rotation with the gas-liquid mixture coming out under pressure from the tray nozzle into the gap between the tray and the valve by means of driving blades installed on the tray side, and the gas-liquid mixture above the valve is rotated by means of driven blades installed on the side of the gas-liquid mixture above the valve, inner edges of driving blades are located from the axis at the radius corresponding to one of the largest radii of the first annular zone, or the second annular zone, or the following annular zones in the gap between the plate and the valve. Driving and driven blades can be made protruding relative to the valve disc or buried in the valve disc. Blades can be directed in one direction with direction of valve rotation. Overflow ring is attached to the tray by webs and can be solid or have through annular grooves for passage of the gas-liquid mixture from the gap between the tray and the valve.

EFFECT: improved quality of gas-liquid mixture preparation and efficiency of mass exchange processes of absorption, rectification, gas purification, mixing of components and other technological processes by formation of pulsation of contacting phases of gas-liquid mixture in mass exchange processes and creation of rotation of mixture in space above valve.
