SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building. Device for pre-sowing treatment of rice bays includes a subsoiler, working stands with knives, with side blades-wings and teeth coated with tungsten carbide, a hydraulic double ring-shaped rear roller. On the frame of the device there is a barrel connected from below by a branch pipe with a pump equipped with a pressure control system, a system for dosing and supply of working fluid into the soil, as well as a suspension system. Pump outlet is communicated via branch pipe with dosing system made in the form of rotameter, conical element of which is connected to rod that sets required dose. From the dosing system, a branch pipe connected to the working fluid supply system into the soil is diverted, made in form of 4-meter square-section pipe arranged behind the double ring roller, which is equipped in the lower part with a perforation for draining the solution, an elastic seal and a hingedly installed pitched plate controlled by a linear actuator. Pipe in its central part is pivotally mounted on the rigidly fixed end of the branch pipe with a gland, and is equipped with an actuator mounted on it in front and vertically. Also, the pipe is equipped with a U-shaped bracket, by means of which it is attached to a flange mounted on a worm gear motor mounted on an angular bracket welded in the central part of the frame beam of the second row of posts. Motor-reducer motor is connected to the power supply unit of the power facility through the control system installed on the frame bar of the second row of posts, which includes resistors, capacitors, left-top and right-top gyroscope contacts, transistors, a stabilitron, microcircuits.

EFFECT: increased uniformity and quality of application of liquid complex fertilizers and carbamide-ammonium nitrate on soil and, as a result, increased crop capacity.
