FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of engineering structures cable strands tension. Method is carried out in two stages. At the first stage, the required force in the cable strands is calculated, the first strand is fixed in the first anchor by means of an anchor clamp, Force transducer is installed on it from the side of anchor, it is tensioned with a jack to design force and the end of the above strand is fixed in the second anchor. Then one of the other strands is secured in the first anchor. After the next strand is fixed in the first anchor, each of them is tensioned to the force in the first strand, and after their tensioning, the end of each strand is fixed in the second anchor. After tension of all strands, change of distance between anchors is monitored. At the second stage, after preliminary calculation of elongation of each of the strands, installing a force sensor on the first strand, successively performing the remaining strands tension to the calculated elongation with the subsequent fixation of their ends in the second anchor, receiving data from the force sensor in the first strand on the force in the strands that are not yet stretched, then the first strand is tensioned after tensioning the rest and the end of the first strand is fixed in the second anchor.
EFFECT: shorter time for production of works without loss of accuracy of strand tension.
