FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for increasing reproductive capacity of sows. Method comprises administering the vaccine Ingelvac ZircoFLEX intramuscularly in dose of 0.9–1.0 ml and a targeted immunostimulant, containing leukocyte proteins and peptides in dose of 5.0 ml per head to sows twice with interval of 7 days, combining the second administration of the preparation with vaccination.
EFFECT: allows to increase concentration of immunoglobulins of class G in blood of animals in 1.39 times and to start formation of post-vaccination immunity by mechanism of secondary immune response; to reduce the number of stillborn piglets by 0.46 heads per one sow, to increase the piglet yield per one farrowing by 0.5 piglets and to increase livability of piglets at farrowing by 0.80%.
