FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to spinal neurosurgery, and is a method of recording a patient with a personified model in the software of the surgical navigation system "Autoplan" using X-ray images using a calibrating device. Disclosed is a method, in which two images are made intraoperatively on an electron-optical converter (EOC) of the spine of interest. In the area of the image there is a calibrator with a system of spheres on it, which is detected by the optical unit of the navigation system. Navigation system software is loaded with preoperative DICOM studies of the patient and intraoperative X-ray images, which are related to each other, due to which the patient is registered and further operation with the navigation system becomes possible.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to register a patient with personalized 3D model built on the basis of a DICOM study, in the software of the domestic surgical navigation system and to navigate the surgical instrument both on the X-ray image, DICOM data, and on the constructed three-dimensional personified models.
