FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a set of instruments for neurosurgical operations under control of a surgical navigation system. Set of instruments for neurosurgical operations under the control of a surgical navigation system comprises a navigation pointer, shortened navigation pointer, shortened navigation pointer with tip inclination, mast, calibrator, control platform, universal mount, basic system of spheres, first and second instrumental systems of spheres and third, fourth and fifth instrumental systems of spheres. Navigation pointer is made in the form of a stiletto and includes handle with 3 installed spheres fixed by a threaded connection on fixed pins, and a cone-shaped tip with length of 17 cm. Shortened navigation pointer is made in the form of a stylet and includes handle with 3 installed spheres fixed by a threaded connection on fixed pins, and a cone-shaped tip with length of 12 cm. Shortened navigation pointer with an inclined tip is made in the form of a stylet and includes handle with 3 installed spheres fixed by a threaded connection on fixed pins, and a cone-shaped tip with length of 12 cm, bent by 7 degrees. Mast is made in the form of a vertical structure and includes a base with diameter of 15 mm, a middle part screwed into the base, and a top connected to the middle part by means of a connecting nut and made with possibility of installation of tools both in parallel and in perpendicular plane by means of screws and holes. Calibrator is made in the form of a T-shaped platform with 3 installed spheres fixed by a threaded connection on fixed pins, with 3 holes for calibration of instruments and a place for attachment to the mast. Control platform is made in the form of a rectangular platform with rounded corners, curved edges and applied control elements. Universal fastener made from an aluminium alloy of a straight shape with a screw and a hole for mounting a surgical instrument on one side, and a screw for mounting an instrument system of spheres on the other side. Basic system of spheres is made in the form of platform with 3 installed spheres fixed by a threaded connection by means of pins with a double thread and a captive screw in the centre of the platform for attachment to a surgical instrument. First and second instrumental systems of spheres, each of which is made in the form of frame with 4 installed spheres, fixed by a threaded connection by means of pins with a double thread and a captive screw in the lower part of the frame for attachment to a surgical instrument. Third, fourth and fifth instrumental systems of spheres, each of which is made in the form of platform with 3 installed spheres, fixed by a threaded connection by means of pins with a double-sided thread and a captive screw in the centre of the platform for attachment to a surgical instrument. Each of the sphere instrumental systems forms its individual configuration of spheres for its recognition by the surgical navigation system.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows providing navigation during surgical interventions.
