FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying lines, and can be used in various industries for drying of wet granular dispersed or granular high-moisture materials, for example in the production of fertilizers, in environmental processes of processing solid visco-plastic wastes with increased adhesion of the dried material to solid surfaces. Proposed line comprises: mixer connected to dried material return conveyor and connected to drying chamber, drying agent generator connected to drying chamber, at least one cyclone for recycling material and fan, wherein mixer is connected to conveyor for loading wet material from receiving bin, drying chamber used is a drum dryer with blades, drum dryer loading unit is connected by air duct with drying agent heat generator and conveyor with wet material mixer, drum dryer discharge unit is connected to dried material receiving distribution bin, in which dried material is divided into two streams, wherein a main stream for discharging dried material, another stream for recycling dried material to mixer, besides, drum drier discharge unit is communicated with cyclone via air duct to feed used wet drying agent therein and to separate material fine particles for recycling into mixer.
EFFECT: ruled out material sticking to drier drum blades, higher efficiency and lower power consumption.
