FIELD: sedimentation and trapping of particles.

SUBSTANCE: settling device with gently inclined plates located between the flue gas inlet and the flue gas outlet of the flue gas channel and used to ensure passage of flue gas flow and for deposition and trapping of particles in flue gases, comprises deposition rows arranged in parallel with intervals, each deposition row comprises units of gently sloping deposition, and each unit of gently sloping deposition contains a group of inclined plates, the latter comprises bottom inclined plate and top inclined plates arranged in parallel at intervals. Settling channels for flue gas are formed between adjacent upper inclined plates and between lower inclined plate and adjacent upper inclined plate. Lateral side of the group of inclined plates located at the inlet of the settling channel for flue gas is inclined downwards to make the trapped particles flow downwards. Lower inclined plate and each upper inclined plate are arched plates, which are bent upwards, arch bend line in the upper part of the arc-curved plate is located along the direction of the flue gas flow, and the lower inclined plate and each upper inclined plate are biaxial inclined structures. End deflector is located on side of group of inclined plates located at outlet of settling channel for flue gas.

EFFECT: improved particle settling.
