SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for ash removal in high-temperature dedusting apparatus. Device comprises a built-in structure of ash bins, comprising an internal ash bin and an external ash bin, which are built into the high-temperature dedusting apparatus, and a cooling bearing structure comprising inner pipes for the cooling medium and external pipes for the cooling medium, which are respectively located in the form of a bearing element in the dedusting apparatus, wherein the inner pipes are made with possibility of cooling and supporting the inner ash bin. External pipes are made with possibility of cooling and support of external ash bin, and the common cooling medium flow direction in the internal cooling medium pipes and the external cooling medium pipes passes from the bottom upwards.
EFFECT: invention eliminates the need for a separate support structure for the built-in structure of ash bins, efficiently copes with the high temperature in the apparatus, provides a combination of support and ash discharge and has a simple design.
