FIELD: medicine; physiotherapy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely occupational medicine and physiotherapy. The patient is prescribed general bischofite baths according to the following scheme: the first three baths are performed in this mode: the first two baths daily, the third bath every other day with a concentration of magnesium chloride solution of natural bischofite in the ratio of 1 liter of bischofite per 200 liters of fresh tap water at a temperature of 37-39 °C, then a break of 1 day. The fourth and fifth baths are performed every other day with a concentration of magnesium chloride solution of natural bischofite in the ratio of 1 liter of bischofite per 150 liters of fresh tap water at a temperature of 37-39 °C, then a break of 1 day. Six subsequent baths are performed with a concentration of magnesium chloride solution of natural bischofite in the ratio of 1 liter of bischofite per 100 liters of fresh tap water at 37-39 °C in this mode: the sixth and seventh baths - daily, then a rest day, and a day later - the eighth and ninth baths daily, then again a rest day, tenth and eleventh baths daily. The twelfth bath is performed a day after the eleventh with a concentration of magnesium chloride solution of natural bischofite in the ratio of 1 liter of bischofite per 100 liters of fresh water at 37-39 °C, additionally, on days free from taking a bath, 6 procedures of radial shock wave therapy are performed on affected joints, and additionally 4-6 sessions of magnetolaser therapy are performed 3 hours after taking any a bischofite bath.

EFFECT: method allows to relieve joint pain, both at night at rest, and pain when moving down or up stairs and when palpating joints, normalize blood serum parameters such as total protein, albumin, α2-globulins, γ-globulins, C-reactive protein, as well as characteristics of the immune cytokine series.
