FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology, orthopaedics and neurosurgery, and can be used for osteoplasty of near-screw defects after destabilization of transpedicular system including dismantling of metal structures. Curettage of near-screw defects is performed. Under X-ray control, a port-tube with diameter of 6.5 mm is inserted into the defect, along which the prepared allograft crumb mixed with thrombogel at ratio of 5:1 is impacted. Pulling the port tube to the posterior parts of the vertebra, it is removed. Previously removed transpedicular screw is implanted into the canal.
EFFECT: method provides minimizing the risks of an allergic reaction, bone necrosis, migration of bone cement with blood flow to organs and tissues, as well as beyond the vertebra, allows to restore bone density due to exclusion of use of materials of non-biological origin, filling bone defects in the vertebral body and pedicle of any size, as well as using a combination of bone crumbs and thrombogel.
