FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spinal surgery and can be applied for recovery of supportability of spine in carrying out revision operations after development of instability of earlier installed transpedicular constructions. Unstable transpedicular screws are removed. Screw channels are cleaned from developed fibrous tissue. Plastic balls are formed from bone cement, flattened out and introduced into channels, remaining after removed screws with their tight filling. New channels at angle to the previous ones, with crossing their course, are formed without waiting for final polymerisation and solidification of cement. Previously removed screws are introduced by newly created channels.
EFFECT: method provides reliable re-fixation of spine.
