FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: essence of invention is that for transfer of part of grown seedlings from seeds of female lines into plants of male type in a certain number of pots, 2–3 seeds are sown in a pot instead of one as for female plants, and in phase of 3–4 leaves of seedling period (15–20 days), 6–7 stage of organogenesis, these seedlings are planted as male plants for growing for the crop according to the accepted arrangement scheme according to the ratio of female and male plants, at that, seeds planned for transfer into male plants are sown compacted in pots at distance of 2–3 cm between them, wherein sowing of seeds is carried out 10–15 days earlier than seeds for growing female plants, and prepared seeds of female lines are sown one by one in a pot with diameter of 8–10 cm with volume of 0.4–0.5 liters at angle of 40–50 degrees downwards, with a sharp end buried by 0.8–1.5 cm, wherein when growing hybrids from seeds of female lines in plantings on 3–5 female plants, one plant is planted, converted into male type (male type of flowering plant).
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase output of seeds of heterotic hybrids from seeds of female lines.
