SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles. System for controlling and limiting vehicle speed by parameters of course and crosswise stability at curvilinear motion includes a system which interrupts fuel supply, which consists of an electronic device for determining critical speed of the vehicle. Additionally, the system comprises a gyroscopic sensor mounted on the body, which determines the angle of rotation of the longitudinal axis of the vehicle relative to the straight motion and body transverse inclination angle relative to normal, and an electronic device for comparing the theoretical design value of the turning angles of the longitudinal axis of the vehicle, which corresponds to the turning angle of the controlled wheels at neutral turning of the vehicle, with the actual value.
