FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery. Skin and subcutaneous fat are incised along the medial surface of the shoulder in the middle and lower third in a projection of the radial nerve. Superficial fascia is incised between humeral muscle and triceps to humerus. Radial nerve is visualized in the furrow between the humeral muscle and the triceps. Radial nerve is taken on rubber holders, lifted, neurolysis is performed. Muscular bed is formed by suturing the edges of the brachial muscle and triceps. Radial nerve is laid on a muscular bed.
EFFECT: method enables forming a muscular bed of the radial nerve in the middle and lower one-third of the shoulder in the surgical treatment of the radial nerve, reducing the development of the cicatrical process, delimiting the radial nerve from the periosteum and bone, improving blood circulation in the radial nerve as a result of creating a well-supplied blood bed.
