FIELD: hydropower engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used in plants converting kinetic energy of flow into electric energy. Low-pressure orthogonal turbine comprises bearing frame 1, on which rotary electric generator 11 is arranged, rotor with wing-shaped blades 8 fixed on its shaft by means of brackets 9, installed on bearing supports 12 with possibility of rotation, and a flow energy concentrator installed in the opening of frame 1 and made in the form of two partitions 13, the ends of which are adjacent with a gap to the cylindrical surface swept by blades 8 during the rotor rotation. In addition, small rotor is introduced inside the main rotor on its bearing support 3, on the shaft of which there is an additional electric generator 5 and fixed on additional brackets 7 additional wing-shaped blades 6 with smaller cylindrical surface swept by these blades 6 during rotor rotation. Shaft of the main rotor is made in the form of side supports 10 at both ends of the rotor, connected to brackets 9 of their blades and arranged by means of their bearing supports 12 over bearing supports 3 of small rotor.
EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at increasing turbine power and efficiency.
