SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device for conducting a photo protocol in dental practice includes two hollow round metal cylinders on a support platform, connected in the upper part by a transverse metal crossbar, two vertical metal beams installed with possibility of movement in vertical direction and fixation in metal cylinders, connected by metal crossbar in upper part, and millimetre scales. According to the invention, a metal cylindrical beam, rectangular metal blocks, a U-shaped support for a photographic camera and a fixed metal support for the forehead, which is fixed in the middle of a transverse metal crossbar connecting the movable vertical beams, are introduced. Transverse metal crossbar connecting the metal hollow cylinders in the upper part is equipped with a through hole in the middle made at angle of 45 degrees for fixation of a metal cylindrical beam having the possibility of being moved through the hole and ending with a chin rest. Rectangular metal blocks are fixed on vertical beams and are equipped with holes for fixation of U-shaped tripod for photo camera in the middle. Millimetre scales are applied on the surface of vertical metal beams and a metal cylindrical beam with a chin rest. Fixed metal support for forehead is installed with possibility of height adjustment by movement of vertical metal beams. Vertical metal beams and metal cylindrical beam with chin rest are fixed by metal screws passing through holes at angle of 90 degrees relative to axes of vertical metal beams and metal cylindrical beam with chin rest.

EFFECT: stable fixation of the patient's head in an adjustable position to create dental images with the possibility of repeated accurate reproduction of the selected position of the patient's head for subsequent images.
