FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to orthopaedic postoperative rehabilitation devices. Orthopaedic postoperative rehabilitation mechanism for complete unloading of foot in diabetic foot syndrome includes sole with rubber pad, hollow heel, metal base of the heel, having a rounding on the transition to the sole part, a system of belts for fixing the foot, four rubber rectangular limiters, front rubber limiter, platform for limiting mobility of sole part, steel springs with steel inserts limiting mobility of springs. Four inserts are made for each spring, the heel is made rectangular, contains a front spring, a metal platform and a rear spring, the sole part contains a front spring, a metal platform and a rear spring. Front springs are shorter than rear ones and are fixed to metal platforms for support on heel base and sole part.
EFFECT: complete unloading of foot, activation of patients immediately after operation, reduction of rehabilitation time.
