Bushing adjustable in height has key hole on radial end face surface. The surface is engageable with strip longitudinally movably fixed in the ankle part. A through slot and cell is manufactured on the external surface of the strip. The adjusting screw is coaxially arranged in bushing cavity and the like key hole is manufactured also on its end surface. One more slot is manufactured in the ankle part above the strip.
