FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to regulation of gene expression. Invention discloses a genetic construct containing a polyA aptamer polynucleotide, which contains in direction from 5' to 3': a) 5'-donor splice site; b) engineered intron; c) first 3'-acceptor splice site; d) a polyA switch containing two or more ligand-binding aptamers with one or more ligand-binding pockets, and at least one polyA cleavage signal therein; e) second 3'-acceptor splice site; and f) a nucleic acid sequence encoding the expressed polypeptide.
EFFECT: construct according to the present invention is able to significantly enhance the expression of the target gene and can be used in the production of protein preparations.
