FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to benches for "cold" running-in, diagnostics, maintenance and testing of turbocompressors of power plants. To the bench for "cold" running-in and diagnostics of turbo compressors of power plants, which includes a gas supply source, pressure and discharge air ducts connected to the turbine working chamber, a rotation frequency sensor and a digital rpm indicator, gas supply source control unit, two gas parameters measurement modules, a bypass valve, a filter element, a container with a heating element for oil, an oil pump, an oil pump electric drive, an oil filter, unit for recording the position of the shaft in the bearing, the unit for processing information and controlling the bench, additionally there are three units for measuring oil parameters, a unit with nominal dimensions of the radial and thrust bearing of the turbocharger, unit with limiting dimensions of radial and thrust bearing of turbocompressor, oil flow control unit, at that, three oil parameters measuring units are made with possibility of common oil supply, as well as separation of oil flows into radial and thrust bearings of the turbocharger, the input of the first oil parameters measuring unit is connected to the output of the oil filter, oil flow control unit input is connected to the oil filter output, the second oil parameters measuring unit input is connected to the oil flow control unit second output, input of the third oil parameters measuring unit is connected to the second output of the oil flow control unit, the first output of the oil flow control unit is connected to the information processing and bench control unit, first outputs of the first, second, third units for measuring oil parameters are connected to the unit for processing information and controlling the bench, the second output of the first unit for measuring oil parameters is connected to the hole for supplying oil to the turbocharger bearing, second output of the second unit for measuring oil parameters is connected to the unit with nominal dimensions of the radial and thrust bearing of the turbocompressor, the second output of the third unit for measuring oil parameters is connected to the unit with limit dimensions of the radial and thrust bearing of the turbocompressor, outlets of unit with nominal dimensions of radial and thrust bearing of turbocompressor, unit with limit dimensions of radial and thrust bearing of turbocompressor and drain hole of turbocompressor bearing are connected to the second inlet of reservoir with heating element for oil.
EFFECT: proposed test bench makes it possible to obtain complete diagnostic information, to predict residual life, to reduce quantity of required equipment and time for technical service due to exclusion of operations of assembly disassembly and repeated installation of turbocompressors of power plants on equipment.
