FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to test benches for "cold" run-in of power plant turbocompressors, and, in particular, for run-in of internal combustion engine turbocompressors. Specified technical result is achieved in test bench for "cold" run-in of power plant turbocompressors, including source of air supply in the form of axial fan, discharge and exhaust air ducts connected to turbine working chamber, at that tight covers are installed on suction and exhaust nozzles of compressor working chamber, and tight covers are equipped with relief and check valves, accordingly, and relief valve installed on tight cover of compressor suction nozzle is kinematically connected to electromechnical drive, which changes valve over into closed or open condition.
EFFECT: provides for "cold" run-in mode at nominal frequency of rotor rotation.
