FIELD: energy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stands for cold run-in of blade machines of mass production, in particular for run-in of turbochargers with a turbine generator rotor of a gas turbine unit (GTU). The method of running-in a turbocharger with an electric generator (2) is characterized in that the turbocharger with an electric generator (2) is fixed on the support surface (1) of the frame, a plug (4) is installed in the pneumatic inlet of the turbine (6) of the turbocharger, a frequency converter (3) is connected to the electric generator (2) with a control system, whereas the electric generator (2) is started by the control system in the motor mode, adjusting the current and its frequency with a frequency converter (3), gradually increasing the rotational speed of the electric generator (2) rotor and the turbocharger rotor to the nominal value. A stand for running-in a turbocharger with an electric generator is also disclosed.
EFFECT: simplifying the design, as well as reducing energy consumption during the running-in of a turbocharger with an electric generator of a power gas turbine at a nominal speed.
